The following pages have been created by a team of pupils from Mill Lane Community Primary School in Chinnor. They come from Years 4, 5 and 6 and have a wide range of interests, particularly ICT.

A word (or two) from our sponsor.

This site comes purely from suggestions and ideas from the children. Mrs. Wingrove and I acted merely as scribes and listeners in the beginning, and as learning mentors when putting the work onto the website.

The pupils attended one hour weekly meetings on Thursdays for two terms. Each week they were set a task to complete for the following week's meeting. The pupils made decisions on the content, the name of their site, the logo design, the number and type of pages to include and the layout of their pages. Each pupil is responsible for their own page and spent many sessions perfecting it. The creating side of the website was easy. Putting the information on the website was slightly more challenging as there are so many restrictions on our site (as we found out during the process!) Nevertheless, we had masses of fun, and everyone learnt something new along the way.
